Hello everyone, I been MIA for awhile due to illness. I was was wondering, when I first got X2 they said it had Corel MediaOne Plus with it. Well I really have just gotten back to using my programs again. It's on the box also it saids via download, but it is not there. I even un installed it and reinstalled to make sure I didn't missed something. I also notice they are saying the same thing when they offer the update version.  The older version said,  over $100.00 value. Now this new one saids over $200.00 value. I have not yet seen Mediaone. Has this happen to anyone else. I'm going to have to try and call them Monday I guest, because what they offer in the first PSP x2 was not in their, and I have went to their site, and they don't show any information about how to get the copy of MediaOne Plus that came with X2.

I ordered the update of X2, but I really was not looking it over well enough, it really doesn't seem like it didn't over anymore than what I already have. The little that they did I don't need, and I already own Paintner 4.  I wonder will they let me cancel for something else if they won't give me money back. And I would really like them to give me the free downloads that they siad came with the first one. If anyones can help, and has been thru somethng like this let me know. Will check back.

Have a blessed weekend.

I received my X2 Ultimate via box. On the installation disk is an option to install Media One Plus 2. There is also options to install the background eraser and NIK Pro sampler plugins as well as the Painter 4 essentials.  Once installed you can go to Help at the top of your program and in the dropdown list you will find "Download free content....".  Click on that and your browser will open to Corel and you will be prompted to register. Do so and then you will be sent to the download site where you can download and install the free content.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Okay  as soon as I get the one I ordered, I will downloaded it from Mediaone Plus 2 from there.  For some reason though, I still can';t figure out why they said the first Media one Plus was in Pain shop Pro X2.

When you get the disk you won't have download the Media One Plus 2.  It is already on the disk and you can install it directly from the disk.   Happy PSPing.

I hope you don't mind me posting in this thread. I thought I would as my questions are related to the original issue.

A couple of questions if I may.......
1)  Once the free content has been installed how exactly does one access the calendar while PSP is running.  For the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to make one.
This is where it installed it btw...... C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Corel\Corel Incentives

My second question involves Media One.
When I try to install it I'm asked for a serial number. If I use the one I have for PSP X2U it's incorrect.  Did you get an individual #'s for each of your programs?
( When I first received my PSPX2U I didn't get a serial number so I had to call Corel for one )
