Straight Lines in pictures

I am a Newcommer to this Forum....I have a problem which I can't seem to overcome in PSP 7. I load a picture into PSP7 and when it displays it shows parts if the image in a line of seperated "Hyphons" ie ------------ instead of a line thus _______________ This occurs on Diagonal lines as well as Horizontal lines. If I display the same Picture in say Windows Picture Viewer, I get a perfect Image. I had a Friend take a picture of the same subject with his Camera and when I loaded it into my PC/PSP7 the result was the same, so it appears that it is not the Cameras. I can get the image to show OK, but only if I Zoom the image outwards......Is there something that I can do to overcome this problem which NEVER USED TO OCCUR. If I PRINT this Image it prints out OK. I have "Uninstalled & Reinstalled" PSP 7 (Twice) but the problem persists. Can anyone Help me with this problem.....Many Thanks

Please note that many if not all postings on and perhaps after January 22nd are missing. I am not sure why. However, if you find a post of yours missing please feel free to repost. Hopefully there will be no further issues. Thanks for your understanding.

-- Prof --
Robert Behrens
PSPUG Administration

Here is another way to code your message to display thumbnails without having to create them in fact.

Code

[a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/2295/img00418x10800fn5.jpg"]
[img src="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/2295/img00418x10800fn5.jpg" width="200"]
[/a]

For each of the left brackets,
substitute the 'Lesser Than' symbol and
for each of the right brackets substitute the 'Greater Than' symbol.
Also you can change the width value though I would
keep it between 100 and 200 for the pic width size.
The height size will automatically be created to keep the right ratio.

-- Prof --

Every board is different and for the life of me I can't find where I track my threads / posts. Is there an area that will show which threads I posted in and are active to me?

I don't want to be notified via e-mail as to which threads have been answered. Just a simple list subscriptions must be buried somewhere? What am I missing?
