A Little Birdy Told Me So

How I did it...

• I am using PSP v8 and created an Oil Painting from a Photograph
• I used the selection tool (ellipse) to select the bird.
• I then set Selections to Feather with a value of 30.
• After inverting the selection, I added the Art Effect of a Brush Stroke and experimented with the Presets until I found one I liked to create an Oil Brush Effect.
• I then used the One Step Photo Fix Script to enhance the photo.
• I finished up with the Simple Caption Script for the Framing and Title
• I then used the Colorize on the background to get a comparable color.
• The project took a little over two hours.
