Using PSP8:
Time: less than 15 mins.
Again I went to the geometrics (circle). I used the glass plug in in V7 when working on the circle and moved it over to the V8 to complete.
Then moved on to Reflections ( kaleidscope) - Color.
Used the dropper tool to match the colors.
Added a border to match.
