How I did it...

Using PSP8:  

This photo lended itself to fantasy

• Used 1 step fix to bring out deeper color
• Each element placed on new layer, using color enhancement
• Used eraser to eliminate parts of little people to fit placement
• Merged all
• Used unsharp mask to sharpen
• Noise 5%
• And soft focus to blend all
• Time about 40 minutes
